How to Archive or Delete a SignUp

Keep Your Dashboard Clean Without Losing Your Work

Archiving hides a SignUp from your active Dashboard while keeping all the data intact. Deleting removes it permanently. Before you do either, always notify your participants first — they will not receive an automatic alert when a SignUp is archived or deleted.

How to Archive a Single SignUp

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Locate the SignUp under My SignUps, click the gear icon, and select Archive.

To archive multiple SignUps at once, use List View on your Dashboard to select and archive in bulk.

How to Restore or Delete an Archived SignUp

  1. On your Dashboard, set the Filter By menu to Archived SignUps.
  2. Click the gear icon next to the SignUp and choose Restore or Delete.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • Deleting is permanent. Once deleted, a SignUp cannot be restored. Archive instead if there is any chance you will want it back.
  • Participants are not notified automatically when a SignUp is archived or deleted. Always send a message through the Messages tab before taking either action.
