How to Remove a Participant from Your SignUp

Remove One Assignment or Delete a Participant Entirely

There are two ways to remove a participant from your SignUp. You can remove specific assignments while keeping the participant in your list, or delete them entirely. Choose based on what you need.

Method 1: Remove Specific Assignments

Use this when you want to free up a spot but keep the participant in your SignUp.

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard. Click your SignUp title to open Organizer view, then go to the Participants tab.
  2. Click the participant's name to see their assignments.
  3. Click the x next to any assignments you want to remove.
  4. Click Save.

Method 2: Delete a Participant Entirely

Use this when you need to remove someone completely from the SignUp — including all their assignments and history.

  1. In the Participants tab, find the participant's name.
  2. Click the x in the far right column next to their name.

Important: Deleting a participant removes all their assignments, invitation links, and service hour history for this SignUp permanently. This cannot be undone.
