Three Ways to Get People Into Your SignUp

There are three ways to add participants to your SignUp. You can invite them and let them choose their own spots, assign them directly yourself, or build a contact list to use across multiple SignUps.

Method 1: Invite People

Send direct invitations by email or share a link. Invited participants are added to your Participants tab and can choose their own spots. When using a shareable link, people are added once they complete the sign-up form and enter their contact information.

Method 2: Manual Assignments

Assign participants directly to specific spots yourself. They receive an automated assignment notification and are added to your Participants tab. This works even for people without email addresses.

Method 3: Create Contact Lists

Build a reusable contact list in My Tools to store participant information for future use. From a contact list you can send invitations, make manual assignments, and run reports — all without re-entering information each time.
