How to Delete Days from Your SignUp

Remove a Single Date or Multiple Dates — and What to Know Before You Do

Before deleting any dates, two things to keep in mind: participant history for deleted dates is permanently gone, and SignUp does not automatically notify participants when a date is removed. Export your data first, and message any affected participants before proceeding.

How to Delete a Single Date

  1. Log in and click your SignUp title from the Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Spots tab and select the date to remove.
  3. Click the gear icon dropdown and choose Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up dialog.

To delete past dates, first adjust the Filter By option in the Spots tab to display past spots.

How to Delete Multiple Dates at Once

In the confirmation pop-up, click the "click here" link to expand to multi-date deletion. You then have two options:

  • Choose Tab method: Select individual dates, entire weeks, or day-of-week patterns using checkboxes, then click Delete.
  • Date Range method: Enter a start and end date (the end date is included) and confirm. A progress indicator displays during processing.
