Need to swap your spot, change your assignment, or cancel? You can do all of that by returning to the SignUp through the link in your original confirmation email. No password or account required.
How to Change or Cancel Your Spot
- Find your original confirmation or invitation email from mail@signup.com and click the link inside. If you cannot find the email, go to signup.com/find-my-signup, enter your email address, and a new access link will be sent to you.
- On a computer or tablet, click My Spots. On a smartphone, look for the date marked Mine.
- Click the specific spot and select your action — edit, swap, or cancel.
- Make your changes and click Done.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Some SignUps have a swap feature that lets you find your own replacement before canceling — check if that option is available on yours.
- If you cancel a spot, reach out to your organizer directly so they know you will not be there. They may not receive an automatic alert when a participant cancels.
