How to Add an Assistant Organizer to Your SignUp

Share the Work with a Co-Organizer on Any SignUp

Last Updated June 17, 2026

Assistant Organizers can help you edit spots, manage assignments, and access reports for your SignUp. This feature is available on Premium plans, with the number of assistants depending on your plan level.

  • Starter: 1 Assistant Organizer per SignUp
  • Plus: Up to 5 Assistant Organizers per SignUp
  • Max: Up to 15 Assistant Organizers per SignUp

How to Add an Assistant Organizer

  1. Complete all steps in the Planning Wizard first. The Assistant Organizer option only becomes available after your initial setup is finished.
  2. Log in, go to your Dashboard, and click your SignUp title.
  3. Go to the Details tab and find the Organizer Information section (expand it if needed).
  4. Click the blue + Add an Assistant Organizer button and enter their contact details.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the update button to save.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • The person you are adding must already have a registered SignUp account with a password. Many past participants signed up without creating one — they may need to register first.
  • Only one organizer can work inside a SignUp at a time. When you are done editing, click Back to My SignUps to release it for others.
  • The Primary Organizer's name appears in email "From" fields and is the listed contact. Only the Primary Organizer can designate a replacement.
